From my first meeting with Doug regarding our church's new website, I was struck by the way he listened, took notes, asked questions etc, in a way that made you feel like he really wanted our new site to be exactly what we wanted. Although he gave great suggestions and thoughts, he was willing to do what we wanted, appreciating our needs and was never pushy. As the project went along we actually used some of his ideas, ideas which really benefited our project. I appreciated his patience and professionalism in the way he treated us as customers as we moved along. His organization and timeliness we appreciated as we approached different phases eventually launching. Even now as we're a couple of months post launch, I appreciate his followup and quick response to questions. I look forward to using Doug for further projects.
